Adriana O’Toole, of Re/Max Village Square, has alerted us about a rare piece of Montclair history that’s on the market. It’s the 1813 Sigler house located at 109 Alexander Avenue, and it’s open today from 2 to 4 pm. According to the listing, the house was “built by John Sigler, for his son, John, who married Matilda, the daughter of Garrott Speer.”
